Do I need to make repairs or clean before you see the house?

What's the difference between PRONTO, CIMA, and CERO?

PRONTO is fast cash — we buy directly, close in days, no contingencies. CIMA is a traditional listing where we maximize market exposure to get top dollar. CERO is the middle path: we cover repairs, list the home at full retail price, and you pay zero commission. We'll model all three for your specific home so you can compare.

How do you decide what to offer?

Are there any fees or commissions?
